1. Processing & Shipping Schedule


  • Order Processing Time: All orders are baked fresh and typically ship within [1-2] business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Days: To prevent your delicious treats from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday at [12:00 PM CST] will ship the following Monday.

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will not be refunded.
  • Delivery Acceptance: Our treats are perishable. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is retrieved promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage if a package is left outside for an extended period, especially in warm weather. No signature is required, and packages will be left at the door.
  • Shipping Delays: Once a package leaves our bakery, we have no control over transit times. Touch of Love Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, high package volume, or severe weather events.
  • Damage/Refunds: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items and email them to touchoflovetreats.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the claim to determine if a refund or replacement is possible. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
