1. Due to the Perishable Nature of Our Products
Due to the nature of our products—all of which are baked fresh to order in our Texas home kitchen—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as baked goods are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Order Customization and Accuracy
We rely on the information you provide during checkout. We are not responsible for any issues arising from customer errors, including:
- Incorrect spelling of names or messages on custom items.
- Choosing the wrong flavor, size, or decoration option.
- Mistakes in providing the pickup date or time.
Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting.
3. Shipping and Delivery Liability (If Applicable)
For all shipped orders, once the order leaves our home bakery and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), we are no longer responsible for its handling, delivery timeline, or condition upon arrival.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Packages damaged in transit.
- Packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We will always ensure your items are securely packaged and shipped on the requested date.
